The home of Underground MMA. Australia’s first amateur and professional combined cage fighting MMA series will give up and coming fighters the opportunity to gain experience inside the tightest and most intimidating MMA cage structure in Australia, as well as showcase some of the best pro fighters from Australia and beyond. The 6 walls of this hexagonal arena all stand over 7 feet above the canvas leaving no escape for any who dare to enter, it is truly an amazing environment for martial arts combatants, and spectators alike. Fighters will compete in skills according to their ability and rules vary, from full Pro MMA rules (there will be at least 3 pro fights at each event) to rules similar to those used in amateur shooto. So get ready to witness the ultimate MMA cage fighting experience this country has ever seen! Tickets usually sell fast so book yours today.

Tapout Underground Fraser Fighters battle it out

Friday night saw the steel caged hexagon make it's first appearance on the Fraser coast. With a very appreciative and vocal crowd were in attendance, all fighters fought well and all showed a great deal of sportsmanship. These were some of the best fights yet in the underground series.

Underground MMA will then return to the NSW Northern Rivers area in late September (date and venue to be confirmed) before returning too beautiful Coffs Harbour on Friday the 8th of October.
